About Us

Breeze Strategy is the international expansion and foreign direct investment specialist based in Manchester, England. Adam Breeze has helped hundreds of companies to establish new facilities around the world and has advised government agencies and inward investment teams for more than twenty years.

We have a particular expertise in working with Canadian locations, having worked with government agencies in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia. We have delivered projects in major cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Waterloo, Edmonton and Vancouver – as well as communities across Canada such as Quinte, Sudbury, Sarnia, Strathcona and Prince George.

Adam was European representative for the Government of Ontario between 2014 and 2019, during which time he sourced and delivered FDI projects across the province, working closely with colleagues across Europe and Canada. We’ve helped companies such as NCC Group, QinetiQ, Altia Solutions, BrewDog, Aurrigo and many more to enjoy the benefits of expanding to Canada.

“While I was a Director in the Ontario Investment Office I had the pleasure of working with Adam. I can attest to his deep understanding of transatlantic trade and investment flows as well as practical insights into the sectors driving economic growth. Well connected in UK/Europe and Canada, Adam is perfectly positioned to help facilitate FDI and business expansion.” Trish Dyl, Director of Partnerships, Cybersecure Catalyst @ Ryerson University, Toronto

“Adam has been a great resource for me throughout my career. His expertise in investment promotion as well as his attention to detail have made him one of the top consultants in the economic development industry. He is truly committed to his profession and I would highly recommend that if you have the opportunity to work with Adam, take it! You will not be disappointed!” Dan Silverman, Executive VP, Toronto Global
